The staff of the college have the excellent abilities not only in shaping the careers of the students but also encourage and motivate them in entrepreneur development. Apart from shaping the input resource to suit to the dynamic environment, it provides opportunity to bring together the industry and our students by way of industry meets, arranging expert gust lectures with the expertise from industry, seminars, workshops, national conferences, and placement service.
Our institution features excellent infrastructure, including 10 well-equipped classrooms with projectors and digital boards. The library is extensive, containing 1,745 titles and 7,557 volumes, as well as access to 12 national and 6 international journals. Additionally, we have 7 PCs available for student use and memberships with INFLIBNET and the National Digital Library, enhancing our resources for research and learning.
Since 2018-19 academic year we have MOOCs facility where students can get massive online courses apart from this MBA course.
Department of Business Management is having MOUs with corporate companies for the purpose of the Training and Development, Internship, Industrial visit, Placement and also for Research oriented projects.
Department has conducted many seminars, webinars, guest lectures, extension lectures for the students with eminent personalities from the university and reputed industry. It also started entrepreneur development cell in the year 2017 for maintaining health relationship with the industries and encouraging student’s entrepreneurial skills.
Apart from the regular academic activities, the Department also implements best practices for innovation teaching learning methodology. It conducts debates, quiz, group discussions, seminars, management events, role play, etc., which are scheduled for the overall development of the student.
In 2009-10 academic year we formed a placement cell, to place outgoing students in reputed companies. Since then till date every year 10 to 15 companies are visiting the campus for placing the students in good positions based on their capabilities. We also have Anti-ragging committee, online Grievance portal, Women welfare committee, internal compliance committee and SC & ST Welfare committee for the benefit of the students.
